STRONG – Strong Nursing Home named Melisa Fall as Employee of the Month recently.

She is a CNA and has been working at the facility for a year and a half. Her peers said she always wears a smile and is helpful to everyone. She has good ideas and does many extras on a daily basis.

Fall, who lives in Farmington, will begin her secondary education in early childhood development in January at the University of Maine at Farmington. Hobbies include going to the movies, swimming and playing sports.

Fall said she enjoys working at Strong Nursing Home because of the residents and staff. She stated everyone is friendly and it is such a good environment for everyone who lives or works there.
