FOGERTY CREEK, Ore. – The wedding of Jenny Kingsbury and Adam Farrell was held on June 30 in an intimate ceremony on the coast of Oregon at Fogerty Creek. Matthew Cole officiated at the ceremony.

The bride is the daughter of Valerie Green of Turner and the late Roland Kingsbury. The bridegroom is the son of Colleen Rimmer of Sheridan, Ore., and Bill Farrell of Coos Bay, Ore.

The bride wore a gown of white Battenburg lace and carried a bouquet of long stemmed roses and Oregon wildflowers.

A small family gathering was held in Sheridan, Ore., after which the couple traveled to southern California and spent several days at Disneyland and Anaheim and a day at Huntington Beach. A larger ceremony in Maine is planned for the summer of 2007.

The bride is a 1998 graduate of Leavitt Area High School and a 2002 graduate of the University of New Hampshire at Durham with a bachelor’s degree. She also plans to graduate in 2006 from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tenn., with a doctorate in audiology. She is employed at the Veterans Administration Medical Center in Washington, D.C.

The bridegroom is a 1999 graduate of Sheridan High School in Sheridan, Ore. He is a specialist with the U.S. Army and will be going to Iraq in the fall.
