Carly Ann Saxe, daughter of Matthew and Lisa Saxe of Columbia City, Ore., and granddaughter of Donald and Mildred Carver of Mexico, graduated on May 14, from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette with a degree in Speech Pathology and Audiology.

She had been very active in school, community, and church clubs during her undergraduate studies.

After spending the summer in Europe, she will pursue her Master’s degree in Speech and Language Pathology at Portland State University in Portland, Ore.
