There is place in the Bible that says there will come a time when good will be called evil, and evil will be called good. We, I believe, are well into that day.
When we think of the word “liberal,” we tend to associate it with generosity, leniency or freedom. In recent years, however, I have come to associate it, politically, with licentiousness.
I believe the so-called liberal movement is actually leading us into “freedom” from any kind of protective restraint or influence, such as: sexual morality, honesty, faith in God/Christ, patriotism, honor toward parents, consideration of others or even from truth, itself.
Many liberals say, “If it feels good, do it.” (And what feels good is often not what is good or what is good for us.)
Someone has said, “What is truth?” Well, one known truth, that young children sometimes find out the hard way is, “If you throw stones up in the air, they may come back down on your head.” That’s OK, if you want lumps or dents in your head.
The result of this type of liberalism is not true freedom, but misery, confusion and ruined lives just by doing what feels good.
The so-called “new morality” is just the old immorality, revved up, and parading around for all to see.
So, what are we going to do about it?
