PORTLAND, Maine (AP) – Michael Coleman belted a two-run homer and Gabe Lopez knocked three hits and drove in three runs as the Trenton Thunder defeated the Portland Sea Dogs 11-6 Tuesday.

Alberto Concepcion and Jeremy West had two RBIs apiece for Portland (71-59).

The Thunder (65-64) led 7-2 after four innings. Coleman’s homer was the big blow as Trenton scored four times in the third and capitalized on two Portland errors to add three in the fourth. Concepcion homered in the bottom of the fourth, and West’s bases-loaded single keyed Portland’s three-run rally in the fifth.

Trenton added runs in the sixth and eighth and J.T. Stotts’ two-run double put the game out of reach in the ninth.

Trenton pitcher Ben Julianel (4-2) picked up the win with 1 1/3 innings of relief. Portland starter Anibal Sanchez (3-4) took the loss.
