RUMFORD – Hot lunch menus for SAD 43 schools have been announced for the week of Aug. 31 to Sept. 2. Menus are subject to change without notice.

Mountain Valley Middle School and Mountain Valley High School: A fruit and veggie bar is available daily. Pizza choices are pepperoni, hamburg, and cheese.

Wednesday: chicken-o’s, potato wedges, homemade roll, chef salad, pizza choices.

Thursday: make your own sandwich bar, pizza choices.

Friday: steakum on a roll, oven fries, pizza choices.

Virginia, Rumford and Meroby elementary schools and St. Athanasius-St. John School: A fruit and veggie bar is available daily. A container of milk or fruit juice is included with each meal.

Wednesday: chicken-o’s, mashed potato with gravy, homemade roll, cranberry sauce, seasoned corn, pears, peanut butter and jelly sandwich.

Thursday: ham italian, potato chips, cookie, quick pic, peanut butter and jelly sandwich.

Friday: steakum sandwich on a bun, fresh fruit, oven fries, pizza, peanut butter and fluff sandwich.
