AUBURN – The wedding of Joline Marie Doucette and Shane Lee Thibodeau was held at 11 a.m. on June 18 at the Sixth Street Congregational Church. Pastor Richard Kimball officiated at the ceremony.

Mrs. Thibodeau is the daughter of Roger and Joanne Doucette of Auburn. Mr. Thibodeau is the son of Thomas and Teresa Thibodeau of Auburn.

The bride, given in marriage by her father, wore a long white gown with pearls and sequins and a long train.

Sarah Martin, childhood friend, was the maid of honor and bridesmaids were Jennifer Doucette, sister-in-law, Pauline Doucette, sister, and Jennifer Blackwell, friend. Brianna Doucette, niece of the bride, was the flower girl.

The bridegroom’s brother, John Thibodeau, was best man and the ushers were Brian Doucette, brother of the bride, Joshua Doucette, nephew of the bride, and Bruce Ames. Bryce Doucette, nephew of the bride, was ring bearer.

The couple resided in South Carolina for three and a half years and moved back to Lewiston in December.
