There is one exception to all the great raves that can be made about our awesome Great Falls Balloon Festival. Is it really necessary to thank our patronage by finding our cars towed by evening’s end? And who is monitoring the business practices of these towing companies? How is it that $125 can be demanded in a cash-only fashion well after banking hours? There’s no accountability over who authorized the call, no receipt for cash rendered. I didn’t need to be sitting in the basket to get taken for a ride.
