The following are to be arraigned on Oct. 4 in Rumford District Court:

• Adam E. Dumont, 20, of Bethel, on a Androscoggin County Sheriff’s Office warrant for failure to appear, and operating after suspension, 9:10 p.m. Aug. 28 on Vernon Street. He was taken to Oxford County Jail in Paris.

• Alden Mason, 32, of Bethel, on a charge of domestic assault, 8:40 a.m. Aug. 19 on West Bethel Road. He was taken to Oxford County Jail.

• George A. Gibson, 51, of Bethel, on a charge of operating under the influence, 11:54 p.m. Aug. 12 on North Road.
