RUMFORD – A Mass of Christian Burial for Armand J. Richards was celebrated Wednesday at St. Athanasius & St. John Catholic Church.

The Rev. Angelo LeVasseur was the celebrant. Mark Belanger was the organist.

Readings were done by grandchildren Teatra and Lacey Bousquet, and Meagan and Melissa Thibodeau. Gift bearers were Gerry and Lucy Charlebois. The eulogy was given by his son, Michael Richards, and granddaughter, Tammy Nosek.

Pallbearers were his son, Michael Richards, and grandchildren, Tony Milligan, Craig, Jamie, Tadd, and Dustin Woods and Zach Thibodeau.

Interment with military honors was in Demeritt Cemetery, Peru.

Services were under the care of S.G. Thibault Funeral Home, 250 Penobscot St., Rumford.
