• Amanda M. Downs, 26, of Rumford, on a warrant for unpaid fines for a charge of unlawful possession of scheduled drugs, on Aug. 29. She was released on $250 cash bail.

• David D. Donahue, 35, of Rumford, operating with a suspended registration, on Aug. 29. He was released on $100 cash bail.

• David Billings, 33, of Rumford, on a Franklin County warrant, at 12:05 a.m. Aug. 28. He was taken to Oxford County Jail in Paris.

• Thomas R. Hallisey, 32, of Rockland, Mass., operating after suspension in another state, at 6:10 p.m. Aug. 27. He was released on $200 unsecured bail.

• William C. Perry, 21, of Rumford, operating after suspension, at 4:50 p.m. Aug. 27. He was released on $200 unsecured bail.

• Erik S. Perry, 34, of Dixfield, on a warrant for failure to pay a fine on a charge of disorderly conduct, at 11:25 a.m. Aug. 27. He was released on $250 cash bail.

• Bryan E. Worthley, 32, of Rumford, operating under the influence, operating after suspension, speeding, and failure to display a current inspection sticker, at 11:50 p.m. Aug. 26. He was released on $1,200 unsecured bail.

• Rebekka Trepanier, 24, of Rumford, operating after suspension, at 2:35 p.m. Aug. 24. She was released on $200 unsecured bail.

• Keith E. Conant, 27, of Rumford, on a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of contempt, at 2:20 p.m. Aug. 24. He was taken to Oxford County Jail.

• Jason S.C. York, 24, of Bethel, unlawful possession of scheduled drugs, and refusal to submit to arrest, at 1:50 a.m. Aug. 23. He was released on bail.

• Troy Lord, 29, of Mexico, disorderly conduct, at 1:25 a.m. Aug. 20. He was released on $150 unsecured bail.

• Fredrick C. Vanarsdale, 39, of Rumford, permitting unlawful use of a motor vehicle, at 10:35 p.m. Aug. 20. He was released on $150 unsecured bail.

• Jaree A. Valley, 25, of Rumford, operating without a license, at 10:35 p.m. Aug. 20. She was released on $150 unsecured bail.
