WILTON – Ida L. Goodhart, 75, of Fuller Street, Wilton, died early Tuesday evening at her home.

She was born Sept. 28, 1929, at Lake Luzerne, N.Y., a daughter of Gordon and Lena (Stone) Ramsey. She received her education in New York schools.

On June 1, 1952, she married Paul W. Goodhart and they moved to Maine in 1974. Mr. Goodhart died in 1987.

She worked at the University of Maine at Farmington Bookstore, and was an active volunteer at Franklin Memorial Hospital in Farmington.

She was a member of the Wiltona Club and the Wilton Republican Town Committee, where she helped organize the cooking of blueberry cakes for the annual pig roast dinner at the Wilton Blueberry Festival.

She enjoyed playing bingo, bowling, and attending lawn sales and flea markets.

She is survived by two sons, Ron Goodhart of Farmington, and Mike Goodhart and his wife, Sally, of Lake Luzerne, N.Y.; a sister, Eleanor Ramsey of New York; four grandchildren, Cameron and Chad of Farmington, and Justin and Courtney of New York; and several nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by four siblings, Harland, Ashley, and Gus Ramsey, and Mabelle Barrows.
