RUMFORD – Hot lunch menus for the Mountain Valley Middle School and Mountain Valley High School for the week of Sept. 5 are announced. Pizza choices are pepperoni, hamburg, and cheese. Menu is subject to change without notice.

Monday: no school, holiday.

Tuesday: make-your-own sandwich, rib-a-que, potato wedges, pizza choices.

Wednesday: pasta bar, breadsticks, chef’s salad, French fries, pizza choices.

Thursday: make-your-own sandwich bar, nachos with cheese and salsa, peanut butter bars, pizza choices.

Friday: cheeseburgers on a bun, hot dogs, fish sandwich on a roll, pizza choices.

Hot lunch menus for Virginia, Rumford and Meroby elementary schools and St. Athanasius-St. John School for the week of Sept. 5 are announced. A fruit and veggie bar is available daily. A container of milk or fruit juice is included with each meal. Menu is subject to change without notice.

Wednesday: flapsticks with syrup, hash brown, applesauce, quick pic, peanut butter and jelly sandwich.

Thursday: super nachos, peanut butter bars, hot ham and cheese sandwich, peanut butter and jelly sandwich.

Friday: shrimp poppers, tartar sauce, spiral fries, mixed vegetables, orange wedges, peanut butter and fluff sandwich.
