DIXFIELD – Kayla Autumn Cox, 21, died Friday, Sept. 2, as a result of a work-related accident. She was a resident of Weld Street in Dixfield.
Born in Norway, on June 30, 1984, she was a daughter of Sharon Cox. She attended Rumford Schools and worked for Dingley Press in Lisbon as a roll tender operator.
Survivors include her mother, Sharon Cox, of Dixfield; stepfather, Edward Secotte of Lewiston; brother, Keith Cox of Mexico; sister, Katherine Cox of Mexico; maternal grandmother, Alice Cox of Indiana; an uncle, Daniel Cox of East Andover; aunts, Bertha Grover and her husband, Douglas, of Bryant Pond, and Brenda Sessions and her husband, Floyd, of Seymour, Ind.; and special companion, Ryan Harris of Rumford.
She was predeceased by her grandfather, Daniel Cox; an aunt Sandy Rowell, and an aunt Annie Cox; and her great-grandmother Helen Cox.
