OK, America, when do we stop the greed of the oil business? How about right now?
I can’t believe we are taking this sitting down. Do oil company executives think we are stupid?
We all know that with the technology available today, the automotive industry could make SUVs, trucks and cars get better gas mileage than they get now, and I mean a lot more. Or even make a tank of fuel oil last twice as long.
We are hearing too many excuses and reasons why the price of gas and oil is going up. There is only one reason: greed.
We should publicly thank Saudi Arabia for helping us out after this country saved that country from being invaded by another oil-rich country. If this is the thanks we get, I can’t wait to see what happens after Iraq. We sacrifice our troops so the rich can get richer.
President Bush should be speaking up for us. Oh, I forgot, Bush and Vice President Cheney are in the oil business, too.
Our representatives should tell Bush to stand up for us. After all, this country stood up and fell for him.
We have to stop the greed now.
