TURNER – Scott F. Boucher, 44, of 40 Church St., died Tuesday, Sept. 6, at his home as a result of an accidental fall.

He was born in Lynn, Mass., on June 28, 1961, the son of William J. and Martha (Field) Boucher. He attended Auburn schools and was a graduate of Edward Little High School, Class of 1979. He attended the University of Maine at Orono, University of Southern Maine and was a graduate of Andover College with an associate degree in computer science.

He formerly worked for Paris Farmers Union stores as an assistant manager. He then went to EnvisionNet in Brunswick and was currently employed for Advantage Payroll.

He was an avid musician, playing the bass guitar in the band “Damaged Goods,” which is a monthly regular at the Midnight Blues Cafe in Auburn.

He loved to play sports, especially with his nieces and nephew. He was an avid Red Sox fan.

He was the husband of the former Roberta A. Brooks, whom he married on Sept. 21, 1991, in West Auburn.

Besides his wife of Turner, he is survived by his mother, Marni E. Gailear-Field of Auburn; one brother, William J. Boucher of Auburn; four sisters, Sharon Haley of North Conway, N.H., Suzanne Raymond of Auburn, Beth Ellen Boucher of Jamaica Plains, Mass., and Sarah and her husband, Matthew Dunham, of Auburn; his loyal dog, Kirby of Turner; and many uncles, aunts, nieces and cousins.
