PLOURDE – Delores S., 67, a resident of Lewiston, died in Lewiston, Wednesday, Sept. 7. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m. TUESDAY at Holy Cross Church. RUSSON – Eileen G., 85, of Norway, died Friday, Sept. 9. Family and friends are invited to attend a gathering from 1 to 2 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 17, followed by a memorial service at 2 p.m. at Oxford Hills Funeral Services, 1037 Main St., Route 26, Oxford. Family and friends are invited to attend the committal service at Lakeview Cemetery, Watson Road, Norway, directly after the service. RODRIGUE – Andrew, 62, formerly of Lewiston, died Monday, Aug. 15. As per his wishes, a traditional funeral will not take place. Friends and family are instead invited to celebrate Andy’s life at a casual gathering from 1 to 5 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 17, at 80 Gayton Road, Lewiston. The ceremony will take place at 2 p.m. and will be followed by a barbecue that will include some of his favorite foods. For further information, please call 954-895-8304. In lieu of flowers, contributions will be accepted and donated in Andy’s name to the Central Florida Tissue and Eye Bank, an organization that connects donors with recipients throughout the United States. After much consideration, this charity was chosen because Andy spent almost his entire life blind in his left eye and, fearing full blindness, was always very protective of his right eye. Because of this, we were able to donate the eye he experienced life through to better someone else’s life.

SWETT – Clayton F. Sr., 86, of Dixfield, died at Rumford, Friday, Sept. 9. Public memorial services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the King Hiram Masonic Lodge, Route 2, Mexico. Masonic services will follow the memorial service. Interment will be at Newman Cemetery, Carthage. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to King Hiram Masonic Lodge, c/o Wiles Remembrance Center, P.O. Box 621, Dixfield, ME 04224. Cremation services are being cared for and provided by the Wiles Remembrance Center, 30 Weld Street, Dixfield, and Gracelawn Memorial Park, Auburn.
