• Sandra J. Welch, 59, of Moscow, driving under the influence Sept. 3 by Farmington police. She was released for court appearance on Oct. 26, according to a jail officer.

• Angela Taylor, 25, of Rumford, unpaid fines and fees Sept. 4 by the Sheriff’s Dept. She was released on personal recognizance by the court.

• Jason Clifford, 27, of Rangeley, being drunk and disorderly Sept. 4 by Rangeley police. Cash bail of $200 was provided for court appearance on Nov. 23.
