BATH – Shea Flynn found the back of the net on a pass from Eric Prue in the first half to power Edward Little to a 2-0 victory over Morse in a varsity boys’ soccer matchup on Tuesday.

In the second half Tyler Snowe scored on a feed from Marc St. Hillaire for the Red Eddies (3-1).

Edward Little goaltender Josh Mains needed just five saves for the shutout. The Red Eddies outshot the Shipbuilders, 15-9.

Sacopee Valley 8, Poland 1

POLAND – Mike Hodgdon recorded a hat trick Tuesday as Sacopee Valley rolled to a 8-1 victory over Poland in WMC boys’ soccer action.

Hodgdon tallied two in a five-goal first half attack.

Jesse Miller and Noah Delea added two goals apiece for the Hawks (2-1-1), while Devan Libby also tallied to complete the scoring. Evan Ouellette needed only one save to notch the win.

Brandon Brown scored the Knights’ (0-4) lone goal with an assist from Ryan Crane. Matt Hernamdez and Jason Depalma combined for nine saves in net.

Sacopee Valley enjoyed a 12-10 advantage in shots.

Waterville 1, Mt. Blue 0

FARMINGTON – Jack L’Heureux scored the only goal of the game in the first half unassisted to lead Waterville to a 1-0 victory over Mt. Blue.

Zack Jochem needed only four saves to pick up the shutout for Waterville (3-1).

Mt. Blue (2-2) goalie Justin Davis had 11 saves. The Panthers outshot the Cougars, 14-4.
