• Edward Michael Herrmann, 25, of Woodstock, was arrested Sept. 12 for warrants from the Oxford Superior Court and South Paris District Court for probation revocation and assault. He was sentenced to 60 days.
• Macy Jon Blaisdell, 25, of Bethel, was arrested Sept. 12 in Paris on a charge of Class B unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs. Bail was set at $5,000 cash or $10,000 surety.
• Joseph A Gower, 49, of Rumford, was arrested by Rumford police Sept. 12 on charges of domestic assault, terrorizing and obstructing the reporting of a crime. Bail was set at $300 cash, and Gower was ordered to have no contact with the victim and not to return to his residence.
• Richard S. Haines, 22, of Mexico was arrested Sept. 12 on a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of allowing a minor to consume or possess liquor. Bail was set at $300 cash.
• Brandon L. Windover, 31, of Mexico, was arrested by the Rumford police on Sept. 11 on a charge of violation of bail conditions. No bail was allowed.
• Jeremiah M. Palmer, 35, of Sabattus and Detroit, was arrested Sept. 10 by Norway police on a charge of operating while under the influence. He was released on $500 unsecured cash bail and is scheduled to appear in the South Paris District Court on Oct. 24.
• Rodney A. Daigle, 28, of Manchester, N.H., was arrested by Dixfield police on Sept. 11 on charges of operating without a license and refusing to submit to arrest. Bail was set as $100 cash.
• Jeromy J. Lapointe, 21, of Mexico, was arrested by state police on a charge of operating while under the influence/drugs on Sept. 10. Bail was set at $500, unsecured.
• Brian James Goodrich, 34, of Bethel, was arrested by Bethel police Sept. 10 on a charge of operating while under the influence. Unsecured bail of $1,500 was supplied, with a court appearance set for Nov. 8.
• Kathleen M. Bolduc, 49, of Otisfield was arrested by Oxford police Sept. 10 on a charge of Class E theft. She was released on personal recognizance and is scheduled for a Oct. 24 court date.
• Sandra J. Child, 39, of Mexico, was arrested by Rumford police Sept. 10 on charges of disorderly conduct, failure to submit, criminal mischief and assault on a police officer. A $240 cash bail was supplied, with a court appearance scheduled for Nov. 11.
• Kendra P. Anderson, 22, of Dixfield, was arrested by Rumford police Sept. 10 on a charge of violation of condition of release. No bail was allowed.
• Paul J. Hunter, 18, a homeless man from Boston, was arrested by Fryeburg police on Sept. 9 on charges of disorderly conduct and the sale and use of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $200.
• David L. Rose, 36, of West Paris, was arrested by the Oxford sheriff’s office on Sept. 9 on a charge of operating while under the influence. He was released on $500, with an order not to consume alcohol and to submit to search and testing procedures. He is to appear in the South Paris District Court on Nov. 11.
• Adam W. Plant, 23, of Oxford, presented himself on Sept. 9 in response to a warrant on a charge of operating while under the influence. He was sentenced to seven days.
• Matthew Clark Bartlett, 27, of Poland, was arrested on Sept. 9 on a South Paris District Court warrant for driving 30 miles per hour over the speed limit. He was sentenced to 48 hours.
• David Kenneth Rainey, 30, of Norway, presented himself on Sept. 9 in response to a warrant on a charge of operating after revocation.
• Timothy Scott Robins, 19, of Hebron, was arrested Sept. 9 by the Oxford County Sheriff’s department on a charge of theft and ordered to have no contact with the victim. He was released on $500 unsecured bail and is scheduled to appear in court Oct. 24 at the South Paris District Court.
• Darren Arthur Bedard, 36, of Norway, was arrested by Paris police Sept. 9 on a charge of operating after suspension and released on $100 cash bail. He is to appear in South Paris District Court on Oct. 24.
• Amanda Kay Johnson, 18, of Bethel, presented herself on Sept. 8 in response to an Oxford Superior Court warrant on a charge of operating after revocation. She was sentenced to 48 hours.
• James Richardson, 24, of Lewiston was arrested Sept. 8 on a South Paris District Court warrant for operating without a license and attaching false plates. Bail was set at $620.
• Patricia A. Game, 38, of Lewiston was arrested by the Androscoggin County Sheriff’s Office on Sept. 8 on a charge of failure to appear on the charges of operating after suspension and using false plates. Bail was set at $350.
• Aaron Jason Jackson, 20, of Rumford, was arrested on Sept. 8 by Rumford police on a charge of violation of bail. No bail was allowed.
• Nicholas D. Morin, 26, of West Paris was arrested on Sept. 7 on a South Paris District Court warrant for failure to appear on the charge of unlawful possession of scheduled drugs, and on an Androscoggin Superior Court warrant for probation revocation. No bail was allowed due to the latter charge.
