Franklin County

FARMINGTON – The following arrests were recently logged at the Franklin County Detention Center:

• Howard K. Jackson, 36, of New Vineyard, on a charge of driving under the influence of drugs, Sept. 10 by Farmington police. Unsecured bail of $3,000 was provided for a court appearance on Oct. 26.

• Michael Ryan Bowden, 19, of Wilton, on a charge of domestic assault, Sept. 10 by Wilton police. Unsecured bail of $2,000 was provided for a court appearance on Oct. 26.

• Jessica N. Goins, 21, of Orr’s Island, on a Sagadahoc County warrant by Maine State Police. She was transferred to Sagadahoc on Sept. 13, according to a jail intake officer.

• Patrick Daggett, 34, of Farmington, violation of conditions of release, Sept. 11 by Maine State Police. As of Sept. 15, he was still being held, according to a jail intake officer.

• Richard S. Haines, 22, of Rumford, charged with two counts failure to appear, Sept. 12 by the Sheriff’s Department. He was released on personal recognizance for a court appearance on Nov. 10.
