NORWAY – A collision on Greenwood Road on Sunday afternoon injured three people, Maine State Police Trooper Scot Sawyer said Monday.

The trooper said a Dodge pickup driven by Janet Brunjes, 72, of Norway was attempting to turn left onto Norway Center Road when it collided with a Ford Bronco coming in the opposite direction on Greenwood Road.

Michael McFarlane, 22, of Waterford, and a juvenile girl with him in the Bronco were treated for injuries at Stephens Memorial Hospital in Norway and released Sunday, he said.

Brunjes was flown to Central Maine Medical Center in Lewiston and released Monday, Sawyer said.

The accident remains under investigation, he said.
