• A car driven by Ursula Bailey, 40, of Auburn, struck the back of a vehicle driven by Billie Jo Severy, 24, of Poland, while Severy was stopped in traffic at 7:40 a.m. Tuesday on Court Street. The impact forced Severy’s vehicle into another driven by Thomas G. Malia, 58, of Poland, who was also stopped. Damage to Bailey’s 2000 Volkswagen was estimated at $3,400; to Severy’s 2004 Dodge, $600; and to Malia’s 1995 Geo, $350.
