JAY – A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated at 11 a.m., Wednesday, Sept. 21, for Carley A. Pomerleau at St. Rose of Lima Church in Jay, preceded by prayers at Finley Funeral Home, 15 Church St., Livermore Falls. Officiating was the Rev. Roger Chabot and the Rev. Richard Waddell. Memories were spoken by her mother, Dianna Pomerleau. The first reading was done by the Rev. Waddell and the second reading was done by Marcel Castonguay. Gifts were brought to the altar by Heather Dowes and Erica Williams. Musical selections were played by the Resurrection Choir, accompanied by Therese Therrien. They were “All I Ask of You,” “I Will Hold You in My Arms,” “As A Mother Holds Her Child,” “Bathe Her in Your Love,” “Fill My Cup, Lord” and “Give Yourself to Love.” Soloist Karen Finn sang “Carley’s Way.” Pallbearers were Bob Loon, Mike Gagnon, Lonnie Jones and Rodney Schanck. Interment was at Holy Cross Cemetery in Livermore Falls.
