KERNERSVILLE, N.C. – Amy “Honey” Zeigler, 66, passed away Tuesday, Sept. 20, 2005, after a courageous battle with liver cancer. Now she is home with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

A native of Harwich, Mass., she lived in Eustis for several years. While living in Harwich, Mass., she was married to the late Norman F. Zeigler and raised her family of five children.

She was a blessing to everyone whose life she touched. A homemaker, she spent her last years in Kernersville, N.C., and was a member of Waughtown Baptist Church.

A beloved wife, mother and friend, she is survived by her daughter, Sandy Wiles and her husband, Jeff, of Kernersville, N.C.; sons, Norman F. Zeigler Jr., and his wife, Libby, of Sanibele Island, Fla., Cyd Zeigler and his wife, Debbie, of Harwich, Mass., Jerry Zeigler and his wife, Debbie, of Rangeley, and Chris Ziegler of Eustis; two sisters; three brothers; nine grandchildren; one great-granddaughter; and a very special friend and sewing partner, Emily Rogers.

She was predeceased by her mother, Wilhelmina Ryder.
