It’s never easy for those serving their country overseas (or family members back home) to spend the holidays apart. To help spread cheer, the Sun Journal once again asks readers to send in photos and military addresses for servicemen and servicewomen from the tri-county area who won’t be stateside this holiday season. We urge readers to write to them. Share a kind word. Perhaps send a care package. Please send photos of servicemen and servicewomen (with your mailing address on the back) and their military addresses along with a little biographical info: where they are from, their parents, what branch of the military they are in, their rank, how long they have been in the service, where they are stationed, where they went to high school and what they do for work.
