PORTLAND – Victoria L. Cloutier has been promoted to the position of associate supervisor at the U.S. Postal Service. Cloutier had been with the Postal Service for 15 years before completing a four-month supervisory training program, graduating with 18 other management trainees.

A Durham resident, Cloutier began her postal career in 1990 at the Brunswick post office as a rural carrier associate.

In 1995 she transferred to Freeport as a clerk before serving as an acting supervisor later that year.

She has been training to be a supervisor of customer services while learning about a number of different postal operations during the Postal Service training program.

Cloutier graduated from Brunswick High School in 1974. She is married and has two sons.

As a graduate of the Associate Supervisor Program, Cloutier will now supervise Freeport post office employees who serve the public at customer service windows as well as city and rural letter carriers.
