Westbrook – The Maine Metal Products Association will hold its first Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony, inducting the members who formed the association in 1964 and 1965.

The members include: Douglas Smith of LS Thorson Co.; Leo Orr of LJ Machine; Roland Sutton of Maine Machine Products Co.; Yvon Richard of Rich Tool & Die; Malcolm Plummer of Maine Metal Finishing; Dean Fisher of Fisher Engineering; Chris Perkins of Lund Manufacturing; Kenneth Monroe of Monroe Associates and Joseph C. Fogarty of Franklin Machine.

The ceremony will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday at the Thomas Room, Broadway Street, South Portland. Confirmed speakers include: Steve Mandes, national director for the National Institute for Metalworking Skills; Charles Lawton of Planning Decisions; and inductees Roland Sutton and Douglas Smith.
