LEWISTON – Lewiston Adult Education will host a Super Saturday on Oct. 15 at Lewiston High School when the following classes will be offered:

Learn to Dance Series with Diane Williams: three 1-hour classes, waltz, samba and swing; sessions from 9 to 10 a.m., 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. and 1 to 2 p.m. Lunch will be provided. Each session costs $15 (individually or as a couple); registration for the series, $40 individually or as a couple.

MS Access (Basic), PowerPoint Seminar and MS Excel (Basic): all meet from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.; lunch provided; $55 fee for each.

Scrapbooking workshop: beginners welcome; album display and supplies will be available for purchase from instructor, Maureen Clavet; lunch provided; session 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.; $25 for Lewiston residents, $30 for non.

Maine Driving Dynamics: defensive driving skills and a three-point credit on driving record when course is completed; 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.; lunch provided; $30 lab fee.

Yoga and Meditation Retreat with Krishan Verma: spend a day learning the stress reducing, life enhancing techniques that can allow participants to find their center and slow down; 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.; $55 fee; lunch provided.

Handmade Holiday Cards: 10 a.m. to noon; lunch provided; $15 for Lewiston residents, $20 for non, $5 lab fee.
