• Rodney A. Daigle, 28, of Cedar Street, Manchester, N.H., operating without a license and refusing to submit to arrest, 2 a.m. Sept. 11 on the Common Road. He was taken to Oxford County Jail, where he was released on $100 cash bail. He is scheduled to appear in 11th District Court, Northern Oxford Division, on Nov. 8.
• David K. Fletcher, 51, of Amber Acres Drive, Livermore, on a warrant for theft from Laramie County Court, Wyoming, 10:45 p.m. Sept. 21 on Route 2. He was taken to Oxford County Jail.

• Ellis Variety on Weld Street was burglarized between 11:41 p.m. Sept. 26 and the early morning of Sept. 27. Burglars caused nearly $340 damage to the front door to gain access to the business. They took 217 lottery tickets, four cases of beer, five six-packs of other alcoholic beverages, 16 cartons of cigarettes and one box of food items valued at more than $1,500. Dixfield Police Chief Richard Pickett said the department has suspects who are expected to be indicted by the grand jury next week.
