RUMFORD – A Mass of Christian Burial for Mr. Elliott was celebrated Thursday morning at St. Athanasius and St. John Catholic Church. The Rev. Angelo LeVasseur was the celebrant and Mark Belanger was the organist. The readings were given by his niece, Pattie Paul. The eulogy was given by his daughter, Cynthia Rice. Gift bearers were Cynthia Rice and his son, Dave Elliott. Pallbearers were Stanley “Ty” Kaubris, Justin “Jutt” Clohosey, Dave Glazier, Lee Gallant, Mike Errington and Richard Elliott. Interment with military honors was at St. John Cemetery. Services were under the care of S.G. Thibault Funeral Home, Rumford.
