FARMINGTON – The following cases were recently closed in 12th District Court:

Wade W. Downing, 30, Belgrade, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug June 3 in Carrabassett Valley. Fined $500.

Desiree L. Driscoll, 20, Farmington, driving while license suspended or revoked May 24 in Farmington. Fined $250.

David J. Drown, 20, Farmington, assault May 3 in New Vineyard. Case transferred to Superior Court.

Derrick W. Durrell, 38, Strong, driving under the influence April 10 in Kingfield. Fined $700, sentenced 12 days to Androscoggin County Jail and license suspended 18 months. A charge of driving vehicle without license-conditional/restricted April 10 in Kingfield was dismissed.

Joshua D. Dustin, 30, Rangeley, assault March 25 in Rangeley. Sentenced 60 days and probation partially revoked.

Joshua D. Dustin, 30, Lewiston, assault May 29 in Rangeley. A 180-day sentence suspended; placed on probation for one year.

Glen S. Dykeman, 39, Carrabassett Valley, failure to register vehicle May 31 in Jay. Fined $100.

Glen O. Eason, 52, Farmington, driving under the influence May 27 in Industry. Fined $1,000; sentenced for 48 hours and license suspended 90 days. A charge of driving to endanger May 27 in Industry was dismissed.

Rick W. Eastman, 21, Peru, possession of marijuana May 28 in Farmington. Fined $200.

Arthur G. Edmunds, 48, Phillips, failing to extinguish fire July 25 in Phillips. Fined $100.

Edward Nash & Sons, Inc., Colebrook, NH, rule violation defective wheels and rims July 7 in Wilton. Fined $100.

James S. Ellis, 39, Carthage, driving after habitual offender revocation and refusing to sign uniform summons complaint June 7 in Carthage. Both charges transferred to Superior Court.

Jeremy G. Ellis, 34, Turner, harassment by telephone May 10 in New Sharon. Case was filed.

Arion Emery, 22, Farmington, violating protective order June 16 in Farmington. Fined, $250.

Harold W. Enman, 36, Farmington was charged with assault, criminal mischief and refusing to submit to arrest or detention May 23 in Farmington. All three charges were transferred to Superior Court.

Richard L. Faeth, 54, North New Portland, disorderly conduct June 22 in Farmington. Case dismissed.

David A. Farrington, 42, Wilton, driving under the influence June 16 in Farmington. Transferred to Superior Court.

Noah D. Farrington, 22, Jay, failing to give motor vehicle accident information May 21 in Jay. Fined, $300.

Thomas A. Farrington, 23, Farmington, driving under the influence April 28 in Farmington. Fined, $1,100 and all but 30 days of a 180-day sentence was suspended. Placed on probation for one year and license suspended for four years. For a charge of driving while license was suspended or revoked-operating under the influence April 28 in Farmington, he was fined $500, sentenced for seven days and his license was suspended for 18 months. For a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer April 28 in Farmington, he was sentenced for 48 hours and ordered to make restitution of $70.

Thomas A. Farrington, 23, Farmington, negotiating a worthless instrument Dec. 22 in New Vineyard. Sentenced for 48 hours and ordered to make restitution of $428.54.

Zachary R. Fergola, 19, Mexico, kindling a fire without permission July 30 in Township D. Case filed.

Pierre R. Ferland, 36, Livermore, passing a stopped school bus Nov. 8 in Washington Township. Case dismissed. For a charge of reckless conduct Nov. 8 in Washington Township, he was fined $500.

Gordon G. Fitzherbert, 52, Carthage, criminal threatening July 3 in Carthage. Case transferred to Superior Court.

Shawn W. Flagg, 30, Strong, possession of marijuana June 23 in Farmington. Fined $350. A charge of the sale and use of drug paraphernalia June 23 in Farmington was dismissed.

Heather Foss, 31, Jay, driving after registration suspended June 21 in Farmington. Fined $200.

Ryan J. Foss, 26, Waterville, criminal trespass Feb. 12 in Carrabassett Valley. Case dismissed.

Garrett L. Fournier, 23, Jay, driving under the influence July 15 in Farmington. Fined $500, sentenced for 48 hours and license suspended for 90 days.

Jason M. Fowler, 31, Chesterville, unlawful possession of scheduled drug March 31 in Chesterville. Fined $300.

Heather Gatcomb, 26, Livermore Falls, assault May 18 in Farmington. Charge dismissed. For a charge of disorderly conduct May 18 in Farmington, a $100 fine was suspended by $50.

Valerie B. Gusler, 20, Phillips, driving under the influence and driving a vehicle without a license April 22 in Strong. For first charge, fined $500, sentenced 48 hours and license suspended 90 days. Second charge was dismissed.
