FARMINGTON – Wilma E. Churchill, 90, formerly of Starks, died Saturday, Oct. 8, at the Edgewood Rehabilitation and Living Center in Farmington, where she had been a resident for several years.
She was born Feb. 19, 1915, in Bingham, the daughter of Howard R. and Ruth L. (Smith) Morine. She graduated from Bingham High School with the class of 1932.
She married Linwood Everett Churchill. She and Linwood were residents of Starks for many years.
Wilma was a member of the Starks Presbyterian Church, a 75-year member of the Starks Grange, a member of the Somerset Pomona, State and National Granges.
She is survived by her son Charles C. Churchill and his wife, Carolyn, of Industry; a daughter-in-law, Donna Churchill, of Industry; her grandchildren, Terri Churchill of Industry, Debbie Tracy and her husband, Larry, of Strong, and Darcy Barker and her companion, Alan Michaud, of Canaan; six great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; two brothers, Eldon Morine of Nashua, N.H., and Robert Morine of Florida; and several nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her husband, Linwood E. Churchill; her son, Glendon R. Churchill; a grandson, Brent Churchill; a brother, Alvin Morine; and two sisters, Phyllis Hovey and Arlene Ayer.
