• Asa M. Peaco, 41, Norway, operating under the influence, Oct. 10, by Paris police. Released on personal recognizance.

• William J. Bernard, 20, Oxford, domestic assault, Oct. 9, by Oxford police. Bail set at $1,000 unsecured, and a court date is scheduled Oct. 24 in 11th District Court.

• Randall J. Butters, 48, Stoneham, domestic assault and obstructing report of a crime, Oct. 8, by sheriff’s office. Bail set at $1,000 unsecured, and a court date is scheduled for Nov. 28 in 11th District Court.

• Stephen Ronald Parmenter, 42, Fryeburg, operating under the influence, Oct. 8 by state police. Bail set at $800 cash.

• Randolph L. Lego, 48, Bethel, terrorizing and domestic assault, Oct. 8 by Oxford County. Bail set at $250 cash.

• Luiz Ibanez, 47, El Paso, Texas, criminal trespass, Oct. 8, by Fryeburg police. Bail set at $140.

• Darren D. Young, 29, Buckfield, operating under the influence, Oct. 8, by state police. Bail set at $500 and a court date is scheduled for Dec. 19 in 11th District Court.

• Ewan S. Schooling, 35, Locke Mills, operating under the influence, Oct. 7, sentenced to 48 hours.

• Ramiro Valenciano Pena, 21, Arroyo, Colo., assault, refusing to submit to arrest, Oct. 7, by Fryeburg Fair security. Bail set at $300 cash with the condition not to return to the fair.

• Rodney Joe Levesque, 25, East Stoneham, disorderly conduct, Oct. 7, by Bethel police. Released on personal recognizance.

• Amber Lynn Tuck, 27, Bethel, disorderly conduct, Oct. 7, by Bethel police. Released on personal recognizance.

• Sharon Rose Kennedy, 40, Canton, violation of protection-from-abuse order, Oct. 6 by Dixfield police. Bail set at $500 with no contact with victim or witness. A court date is scheduled for Dec. 6 in Rumford district court.

• Michael Andrew Lee, 22, Bridgton, operating after suspension and a warrant for failure to pay fines for an operating-after-suspension charge, Oct. 6 by Bethel police. Bail set at $190 cash.

• James L. Littlehale Sr., 57, Albany Township, false public alarm, Oct. 5, by sheriff’s office. Bail set at $250, not to be paid until sober.

• Wayne Francis Buck Jr., 24, Milton Township, attempting to elude officer, leaving scene of property damage accident, driving to endanger and operating under the influence, Oct. 5. Bail set at $250 cash with the condition of no alcohol, being subject to search and testing, and being sober upon release. A court date is scheduled for the Bridgton District Court on Dec. 13.

• David Burt Davis, 44, Lovell, probation hold, Oct. 5, by Probation and Parole. No bail allowed.

• Robert Albert Woodard, 36, Fryeburg, a warrant for failure to appear for assault, and violation of protection order, Oct. 5, by sheriff’s office. Bail set at $750.
