PORTLAND – Gary L. Currier has been promoted to assistant vice president in the Collections Department at TD Banknorth in Falmouth. He will continue to serve as a collections manager.

Currier, who joined TD Banknorth in 1999, has eight years in banking and collections. Before joining TD Banknorth, he served as a collector at MBNA.

A resident of Auburn, Currier volunteers as a Post Advisor in the TD Banknorth Explorer Program and as a United Way liaison.

He is a 1996 graduate of the University of Maine at Farmington and a 1990 graduate of Mt. Blue High School.
