FARMINGTON – Florence “Skip” J. Reynolds, 86, of Farmington, died Sunday morning, Oct. 16, at her home on Farmington Falls Road.
She was born on Jan. 8, 1919, in Wilton, a daughter of the late Herschel W. and Hilda E. (Bubier) Paul. She attended school in Farmington.
In June 15, 1952, she married Merlon W. Reynolds in Farmington.
For 31 years she owned and operated Florence Reynolds’ Salon.
In addition to her husband of more than 53 years, she is survived by a son, Kurt Reynolds and his wife, Bethanie, of Farmington; four grandchildren, Christopher, Garrett, Kiely and Aislin; a brother, Richard Paul of Farmington; and many nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her twin brother, Lawrence Paul; a brother, Lyle Paul; and four sisters, Methelyn Nile, Marion Nile, Beatrice Paul and Glynesse Timberlake.
