LEWISTON – Sally Miller, 94, of College Street, Lewiston, died Monday, Oct. 17, at Marshwood Manor, where she had been a patient for a very short time.

Born in Oxford on July 13, 1911, she was the daughter of Albert S. Wills and Addie (Pike) Wills. She was a graduate of Gould Academy and Bliss Business College.

She married Norman C.O. Miller on July 2, 1936, in Portsmouth, N.H.

After working for a short time in California as a legal secretary and postal worker, she returned to Lewiston and worked as a secretary to Judge Donald W. Webber for 33 years, retiring in 1973.

She was a member of the United Baptist Church, the Women’s Literary Union and the Art and Literature Club. She was an avid reader and spent many summers in The Forks.

She is survived by her husband, Norman C.O. Miller, of Lewiston; her son, Jonathan “Buzz” Miller and his wife, Linda, of Waterford; granddaughter, Lisa Lovejoy and her husband, David, of Augusta; and three great-grandchildren, Nicholas, Jonathan and Victoria.

She was predeceased by three brothers, Walter, Edward and Stanley Wills.
