The following are to be arraigned on Dec. 6 in Rumford District Court:

• Mark Arsenault, 44, Mexico, warrant for failure to appear, 10:19 p.m. Oct. 12 on Lincoln Avenue. He was released on $250 cash bail.

• Ryan L. Wodka, 28, Bethel, operating after suspended registration, 1:45 a.m. Oct. 12 on Route 2. He was released on $100 secured bail.

• Nathan Arsenault, 23, Rumford, burglary, theft and violation of conditions of release, 9:49 p.m. Oct. 10 on Kennebec Street. He was taken to Oxford County Jail in Paris.

• April M. Lemay, 25, Rumford, domestic assault, 6:38 p.m. Oct. 9 on Franklin Street. She was released on $400 unsecured bail.

• Valene Bachelder, 21, New Vineyard, possession of scheduled drugs and operating after suspended registration, 1:40 a.m. Oct. 7 on Congress Street. She was released on $500 unsecured bail.

• Nicole E. Wills, 18, Mexico, disorderly conduct, 10:47 p.m. Oct. 6. She was released on $300 unsecured bail.

Accidents

• Oct. 12, 8 a.m. – A 1994 Plymouth Voyager van driven by Sandra Turcotte, 59, of Andover, collided with a cow moose on Andover Road. She was not injured, the moose ran off into the woods, and the van sustained an estimated $1,200 in damage.

• Oct. 7, 4:35 p.m. – A 2003 Ford Explorer, operated by Stephen Solorio, 62, of East Boothbay, failed to stop at Hancock Street and Rumford Avenue and collided with a 1989 Ford F150 pickup driven by David Jannace, 63, of Rumford. There were no injuries. Overall, damage was estimated at $2,500.
