• Tyler E. Amburg, 18, Arsenault Drive, Dixfield, operating under the influence, operating an unregistered vehicle and operating without a license, at 11 p.m. Oct. 7 on Route 142. He is scheduled to appear in 11th District Court, Northern Oxford Division, on Dec. 6.

Accident

• Vehicles driven by James E. Young, 59, of Dow Brook Road, Peru, and Tina M. Dolloff, 30, of Dixfield, collided at 3:38 a.m. Sept. 9 on Main Street. Young’s 1996 Chevrolet van sustained $7,500 damage. Dolloff’s 1998 Mercury sedan sustained $500 damage.

• Police responded to a report of an abandoned vehicle off Rollins Ridge Road at 6:30 a.m. Oct. 11. About $2,500 damage was sustained by the 1990 Pontiac sedan registered to Michelle Roirdan of Chestnut Street, Jay. Police Chief Richard Pickett said the vehicle’s registration and inspection sticker had expired. The car has been impounded pending further investigation.
