MBR AAU Basketball Club will be conducting hoop clinics for boys and girls on Oct. 29 and 30. Clinicians will be Carl Parker, Nokomis High athletic director and longtime coach, and Jim Seavey, Greely High girls head coach.

The sessions are as follows: Oct. 29 and 30, Saturday at Greely Middle School, Sunday at Southern Maine Community College, South Portland: Girls Grade 7-8, 9-11 a.m., Boys Grades 7-8, 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.; Girls Grades 9-12, 2-4 p.m.; Boys Grades 9-12, 4-6 p.m.

Cost is $25 per day plus $14 for AAU membership if not already registered for the 2006 season that begins Sept. 1.
