AUBURN – Charges of violating condition of release and criminal forfeiture of property on June 20, 2001, were dropped against Christopher Frazer, 36, of Auburn as part of a plea agreement in 2002. The paperwork dismissing those charges was filed recently in Androscoggin County Superior Court, and the charges were on the list of closed cases on page B5 of Friday’s City edition. Frazer pleaded guilty to drug trafficking and served his sentence.
