PORTLAND – Denise R. Bolger has been named an officer at TD Banknorth Wealth Management Group in the Bates Mill in Lewiston. She will continue to administer 401(k), profit sharing and employee stock ownership plans for a variety of clients, with duties including compliance review and testing, and review and interpretation of plan documents.

Bolger has more than 15 years of experience in pension administration. Prior to joining TD Banknorth in 2004, she served as a retirement plan team leader and a benefit administrator for other wealth advisory companies in Maine.

Bolger is a member of the American Society of Pension Professionals & Actuaries, and has achieved designation as a certified pension consultant, qualified pension administrator and qualified 401(k) administrator.

A resident and native of Lewiston, Bolger volunteers at Holy Cross Church and St. Dominic Regional High School. She is a 1979 graduate of St. Dominic Regional High School.
