LEWISTON – Juliette S. Pouliot, 87, of Montello Commons, 540 College St., formerly of Hotel Road, Auburn, died Saturday, Oct. 22, at St. Mary’s Regional Medical Center.

She was born in Lewiston, March 27, 1918, the daughter of Godfois and Philomene Thibault Laprise. She was educated in local schools and was married Aug. 28, 1943, to Reginald Pouliot. He predeceased her Aug. 29, 1997.

She was employed years ago at Highland Shoe and Shapiro Brothers Shoe, and later owned and operated, along with her husband, Hill Poultry Company on Hotel Road in Auburn for 28 years.

She was a member of the Auburn Catholic community at Sacred Heart Church, Lewiston Senior Citizens and the DAV Auxiliary.

She is survived by many nieces and nephews. She will be sadly missed by her nieces and nephews and her friend and roommate at Montello Commons, Rita Verville.

She was predeceased by her sisters and brothers.
