PETER N. ELLEF

Gives: A guilty plea for taking bribes and lying on his taxes. Faces up to 10 years in prison. Contributes to a $1 million state settlement.

Gets: His son’s case dismissed. Can argue for a lesser sentence.

WILLIAM TOMASSO

Gives: A guilty plea for giving bribes and lying on his taxes. Faces up to 10 years in prison. Can’t serve as a director of TBI, his family’s construction company, or Tunxis. Contributes to a $1 million state settlement.

Gets: TBI off the hook. Prosecutors say there’s no evidence the company overbilled or did substandard work.

PETER N. ELLEF II

Gives: His landscaping company pleads guilty to tax fraud and pays $62,000 in back taxes.

Gets: All charges against him dropped.

TUNXIS MANAGEMENT

Gives: A guilty plea for tax fraud. Contributes to a $1 million state settlement.

Gets: Racketeering charge dropped.

TOMASSO BROTHERS INC.

Gives: $366,906 in back taxes. Contributes to a $1 million state settlement.

Gets: Charges dropped.
