WATERVILLE – Mary Claire Snediker recorded a hat trick as Colby rolled over St. Joseph’s 10-0 in collegiate field hockey action Wednesday.
Jessica Crouch, Jennifer Reilly and Sara Manoli contributed two goals apiece for the White Mules (5-7), while Chrissy Maloney also tallied to complete the scoring. Molly Rice made one save in net to preserve the shutout.
Kelsey Moody handled netkeeping duties for the Monks (0-13), turning aside five shots.

Salem State 3, USM 1
SALEM, Mass. – Freshman Zakaria Bougi scored a pair of goals to lead Salem State to a 3-1 win over Southern Maine.
Bougi gave the Vikings (11-5-1) an early lead when he put the ball in the net at 1:36 of the match. He scored his second goal at 75:05 on a penalty kick.
Adam Bial put the Huskies (4-9-3) on the board with an unassisted goal in the 80th minute of play.
