NORWAY – The second annual Norway Halloween Fest is scheduled for 2 to 5 p.m. Friday, Oct. 28. There will be trick-or-treating up and down Main Street at businesses that display an orange pumpkin in their window.

Downtown windows will be decorated, so residents are asked to vote for their favorite decorations. Fare Share Market will have spooky games and pumpkin smoothies, and the Norway Memorial Library will have arts and crafts to make and witch’s brew and goblin mix to taste. There will also be ghost stories at 3, 3:30 and 4 p.m.

Children ages 10 and up are invited dress in costume to participate in a spooky scavenger hunt prepared by the Second Congregational Church, which will start and end at the library.
