DOVER, N.H. (AP) – A Plymouth, Mass., man has been sentenced to at least 30 years in prison after pleading guilty to repeatedly raping a teen relative in New Hampshire.

John Cullifer, 53, was charged with assaulting the girl from 1999 to 2003 when she was between 13 and 16 years old. The assaults happened in Farmington, Milton and Somersworth.

Cullifer pleaded guilty during the summer, but Judge James O’Neill rejected a proposed 20- to 40-year sentence. Instead, this week, he approved a 30- to 60-year term.
