AUBURN – The Auburn Parks and Recreation Department is now accepting registrations for the Auburn Rec Men’s Slowdown Basketball League. Team sign-ups will be taken through Nov. 23. Roster must have a minimum of 8 and a maximum of 12 players. Entry fee is $45 for Auburn residents and $55 for non-residents. An additional team fee will be determined after registration ends.

League play will begin the week after Thanksgiving. Games are played weeknights at 7:45 and 9 p.m., Monday through Wednesday, for a 12-game schedule. A double-elimination tourney will follow.

Any individual desiring to play but not on a team may submit their name to the recreation department office and placed in a player pool.
