What are our children learning from events in America? When President Bush took office for his second term, he outright lied to the people about why our nation is at war with Iraq. Over 2,000 U.S. servicemen and women have been killed so far.

This is not World War II, where 4,000 men were killed when they landed in Normandy. That was a real war.

What we are fighting in Iraq is a game for the president and his administration, just like our sons used to play when they were little and had those little green soldiers to play with. We are supposed to respect him?

Now he and his whole administration are lying to us about unmasking the CIA operative, Valerie Plame. In the past, if any administration had leaked such serious information, Congress would have impeached the president and the vice president. Everyone involved, every single one of them, should be fired. Imagine anyone having the audacity to tell the American people “I won’t apologize or fire Karl Rove!”

Lies, lies, lies.

And then we find out that ex-FEMA executive Michael Brown has been paid for two months so far, even after he was fired.

America needs to wake up! Those people don’t care about us – you know, the ones without money who pay for everything.

Once again, what are we teaching our children about America and its president?
