BERLIN, N.H. (AP) – A city man has been charged with using heavy machinery to crush one car and detonating a bomb to destroy another.

Paul Croteau, 34, is charged with criminal mischief.

A city resident reported Wednesday afternoon that Croteau smashed in her car’s roof, hood, windshield and trunk, police said. That evening, a car was blown up.

No one was injured.
